GREEN FOREST BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Green Forest Art Studio hosts full service birthday parties for children. Relax and let us take care of the fun at your child's next birthday party!
OPTION 1: CANVAS PAINTING PARTIES
Our private art studio is exclusively yours for 2 hours, including 1.5 hour of project time. Art supplies will be provided. Our staff including one art teacher and one party helper will help setup, serve, and clean up in addition to leading the art project.
Bring your own cake, plates, drinks, cups, utensils, goodie bags, etc. You may also bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
PROJECTS
We provide a variety of age appropriate projects for you to choose from. Not sure what activity you're interested in? Give us a call!
OPTION 2: POTTERY PAINTING PARTIES
The package includes:
Ceramic: Each guest will receive one piece of pottery to paint (price of the piece up to $15). The pieces can be preselected by you depending on which package you have chosen. Should you choose a more expensive piece you simply pay the difference.
Supplies: paints, sponges, brushes and all accessory items are available for young artists to create their masterpieces… we want the kids to enjoy everything in the studio to make the party a perfect one for you and your guests!
Staff: Green Forest Art Studio will provide a dedicated staff member(s) to handle all of your needs including: assisting the kids with everything related to their ceramic painting project, cutting cake, serving food and refreshments, and much more so you can relax and enjoy your son or daughter’s special party. And, best of all . . . we clean up everything!
Time: 2 hours of partying in our studio! Call the studio for details to inquire about a date for your party.
Glazing & Firing: your pieces will be ready for pickup within approximately five days.
BOOKING YOUR PARTY
STEP 1. For more information or to book your party, please call 415-595-4680 to inquire about available dates.
STEP 2. After checking that the date your require is available, send the following to "Birthday Booking, Green Forest Art Studio, 32627 Alvarado Blvd., Union City, CA, 94587":

- $100 non-refundable deposit (check payable to "Green Forest Art Studio")
- Date of Party, Time
- Art Project (Theme) Requested
- Number of Child Guests
- Any Known Allergies
STEP 3. We email you confirmation with full details of your party.
SPECIAL NOTES
- Party must be supervised by at least one adult at all times. Other parents are encouraged to stay and enjoy the party, although it is not required.
- We suggest children wear play clothes or bring smocks to protect their clothes.
- If there are pieces not dry or completed by the end of the party, your instructor will package the children's work and call the party parent for pick up and distribution to their guests.
- We assume no liability for inappropriate behavior. Please no running, jumping, or shouting.
- Party Rentals may be cancelled at the discretion of Green Forest Art Studio due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a rental is cancelled by GFAS, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued. GFAS responsibility shall then cease.
OPTION 1: CANVAS PAINTING
2 hrs: $350 for first 10 children, $25 each additional child (up to a maximum of 20 children total). A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when you book.
